Background & Description

Islamabad based NGO Shirakat – Partnership for Development requires the service of highly motivated, ambitious and target oriented Marketing Personnel to conduct surveys, collect data and create employment opportunities for TVET fresh graduates in Rawalpindi and Islamabad.

Planning, Implementation and Reporting:

  • Preparing presentations & doing groundwork for surveys and collection of data from TVET institutes.
  • Creating job opportunities for fresh graduates.
  • Assist in preparing of service contracts for employees and employers.
  • Assist in ground work of national/regional workshops upon request.
  • Coordination and communication with industries/organization whenever required.
  • Correspondence with partners for performance review of the employees selected via youth employment.
  • Incorporating feedback in reports.
Requirements and Skills

Qualification/Experience:

  • For the position of Marketing Assistant, a Graduate holding B.A/B.Com/BBA from recognized university and at least 3 years’ regional/international experience is considered necessary.

Skills/Competencies: 

  • Should have excellent communication skills including good English writing skills.
  • Be organized and meet timelines.
  • Ability to take initiatives, ability to prioritize and remain organized.
  • Good computer skills are necessary. 
  • Good English & Urdu is essential.
