Background & Description

SWRDO is looking for experienced and competitive staff for its 12 month funded project "Skill for Market linkages", Through this program SWRDO will trained to local rural women in the trade of Ada Work, training would be deliver initial 04 month theory, mid 04 month practical demonstration / project work and last 04 month design creation for combating the computation of market.  This Project would be implemented in Tehsil Shershah and Multan Saddar of District Multan.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ability to manage the class room and motivate to local women regarding ensuring their attendance
  • Mobile to trainee for attending regular classes
  • Mobilization skill for the success and sustainability of project, create competition with in trainee regarding creation of new design
  • Master trainer will conduct the one year training program at village level and maximum training duration would be 04hrs daily, five days in a week. 
  • Maintain trainee register, trainer register, follow to training plan 
Education

FA / BA with one year Vocational Training course in the trade of Adda Work from recognized institute like  TEVTA

Computer knowledge will be given extra marks
