Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct training need assessment and prepare training reports.
  • Develop training material and Facilitate training sessions.
  • Arrange training venue and other logistics
  • Liaison with concerned departments like DDMA, SMC and teachers etc.
  • Provide support to the project manager in collecting relevant information;
  • Facilitate in fixing meetings and other events between all internal and external stakeholders of project including line department, government officials, DDMAs and other relevant stakeholders;
Education
Qualification: Master in Social Science
Experience: 02 years DRR, Child Protection, Training experience

Since its transformation from a bilateral development project of the governments of Pakistan and Canada to a national not-for-profit organization in 1994, registered under the Companies Ordinance 1984; Strengthening Participatory Organization (SPO) has become the leading Pakistani rights-based civil society organization, in terms of its countrywide presence and outreach. National Centre is managed by five support departments including Finance, Internal Audit, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting, Admin and Human Resource, and three project management units, namely, Technical Support Unit, Special Projects Unit, and Emergency Preparedness and Response Unit.
