The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor (DRL) has announced an open competition for organizations interested in submitting applications for projects to Promote Tolerance, Pluralism, and the Human Rights of Marginalized Populations through Engaging Youth.

DRL’s objective is to initiate discussions at the local and national level with youth about their attitudes and behavior toward religious minorities and marginalized populations, including social constructs of masculinity and the effect of social institutions such as religion, media, school, family, and peers. 

Eligibility

Private/PUblic higher education institutions

Not for profit organizations

Please note that the funding floor and ceiling are the same. The project budget should stick to this amount. Only one proposal would be successful.
