About the Internship:

Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi (ITA) invites passionate students and fresh graduates to join the PARWAAZ Internship Program — a transformative platform designed to provide hands-on experience in the fields of education, research, gender equality, climate action, digitalization, policy advocacy, and community development.

Interns will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects alongside experienced professionals, contribute to field and desk-based assignments, and gain exposure to real-time challenges in Pakistan’s development sector.

Locations: Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad
Duration: 4-6 weeks (flexible)
Timing: Part-time or full-time (as mutually agreed)

•  Undergraduate or graduate students (all disciplines welcome).
• Demonstrated interest in development, education, and social impact.
•  Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•  Teamwork, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
•  Commitment to ITA’s values of inclusivity, child protection, and equity.

Students pursuing degrees in education, social sciences, development studies, gender studies, climate change, or related fields are especially encouraged to apply.
