Background & Description

The incumbent would be responsible for sharia complaint microfinance Programme & its products/services orientation, client selection & management, policy compliance & data management, portfolio management by ensuring recovery collection as per agreed schedule, maintain portfolio quality & performance indicators.

Requirements and Skills

·         Sympathy with the aims and objectives of Islamic Relief.

·         Good team player.

·         Be able to work under pressure.


Ideal candidate must be Intermediate/Bachelor degree holder in Business studies/Economics/Commerce or relevant discipline. The candidate must have minimum 6 months experience in microfinance/marketing/sales/banking or relevant field with bachelor degree and/or 1 year with Inter qualification.
