Background & Description
Duties and Responsibilities

   1. Assist in the development of a monitoring & evaluation system for the project and indicators for input and output monitoring within the purview of the project objectives for timely reporting.
2.       Ensure proper action on qualitative and process-oriented gender-sensitive indicators of inputs, outputs, and outcomes for project monitoring and evaluation.
3.       Guide and coordinate the review of the project log frame including the provision of technical advice for the revision of performance indicators.
4.       Ensure that HAP principles and Sphere Standards followed in the field during project  implementation
5.       Assist in the implementation & documentation of targets and performance indicators to be included in monitoring system for project activities, annual reviews and reports. 
6.       Support the planning, coordination and monitoring of impact assessment studies.
7.       Compile data sources, employing collection and analysis of monitoring data.
8.       Document and disseminate best practices and lessons learnt
9.       Undertake field visits to monitor the implementation of activities as required.
10.   Support the project team in ensuring the timely preparation and submission of reports to PC and PM.
11.   Perform any other duties as required by the project and Project Manager for achieving project objectiv

Requirements and Skills

Minimum three to four years relevant experience.

Strong Communication Skills.
Grip on local language 
Excellent written and verbal English skills 
Bachelors preferred in social sciences.
