JAQ Education Trust is seeking an experienced and dynamic Admin Manager to oversee administrative functions, streamline processes, and ensure seamless support for our schools and communities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and supervise the Administration Department, ensuring smooth operations at the central office and all Pehli Kiran Schools (PKS).
    • Oversee procurement, asset management, infrastructure maintenance, and logistics as per Trust policies.
    • Ensure timely procurement and distribution of materials to schools and central office, maintaining vendor relationships and inventory tracking.
    • Supervise transportation services, including Trust vehicle management, staff transport facilitation, and student transport coordination.
    • Support finance processes, including budget preparation, expenditure tracking and audits.
    • Manage HR functions such as staff recruitment, personnel records, and policy updates.
    • Oversee data management, including student enrollment, attendance records, and administrative reporting.
    • Conduct monitoring and evaluation of administrative processes, recommending improvements as needed.
    • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on all administrative matters.
Requirements
    • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in administration, operations, or management, preferably in the education or non-profit sector.
    • Strong coordination and management abilities to oversee multiple support functions efficiently.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • High level of initiative, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in handling urgent and dynamic challenges.
    • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
