Background & Description

Responsible to support Supply Chain department in procurement, liaison with different agencies, event management, and securing staff & visitors NOC travelling to project sites.

Requirements and Skills

o   Problem solving skill.

o   An understanding of legislations on expats NOCs & visa.

o   Strong communication skills, with excellent written and spoken English

o   Experience of a flexible approach to managing and prioritizing a multiple tasks in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines. 

  • Confident and proficient in the use of MS Office

Candidate should have Master degree with minimum 2 years or Bachelor degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
