Background & Description

The overall objective and purpose of this consultancy is to conduct an analysis of children’s  drawing received  by  GDP’s  through  an online Children and Youth Arts Competition in Pakistan  during Covid-19 crisis.


The consultant will report to the Executive Director, based in GDP’s Head Office in Islamabad.

Key Tasks & Deliverables

  • Design the research methodology in agreement with GDP
  • Upon reception of drawings, the consultant is expected to analyze the content of samples and come up with findings & recommendations
  • Draft a report
  • The consultant will be expected to prepare a power point presentation and share findings and recommendations with GDP and its associates.
Requirements and Skills

Academic qualification

  • At least Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology or equivalent.

Technical Competencies and Experience Requirements:

  • At least 5-year experience in Child Clinical Psychology
  • Previous proven experience in Arts Therapy
  • At least 3 publications/researches by the author in this area of work
  • Excellent command over English and Urdu is essential (written and oral).
  • Capacity to deliver quality work within a tight timeline
