The purpose  is to support the organization in strategizing, planning, designing and implementation its work with academia and development sector in Pakistan and in region.

1. Develop tools for Learning Needs Assessments (LNA) and design and delver training session on identified needs as per the theme of the training.
2. Provide technical support (mentoring and coaching) of select participants from training sessions depending upon the need and requirements from the participating organization and their staff.
3. Identify pre training assignments (e-learning course / assignments / reading etc.) in consultation with team.
4. Write content for e-course and provided technical knowledge/support to team for developing / identifying relevant e-course.

Expanding work with Academia

1. Develop business model and Mission/ Vision statements and Objectives for the institute
2. Define the Scope
3. Facilitate the organization in putting together a team
4. Facilitate team in accreditation of the institute
5. Identify stakeholders and partners
6. Meet with government authorities and other stakeholders to explore /develop potential collaborations on relevant research scope.

Support in project program development

The consultant is also expected to support in the following specific task;

1. Develop project proposal on the agreed theme.
2. Support Senior Management in strategizing work with donors.
3. Support team to identify areas of work where current project teams can insert their running programs objectives
4. Provide technical assistance to the team on proposals in development phase
5. Facilitate team in formalizing partnerships with potential partners/donors for funding.
6. Facilitate team in conducting inception meeting with stakeholders prior to project implementation and debriefing prior to project transition
7. Facilitate and provide technical assistance to team with donor reports
