To support the organization in capacity building of grass-root level organizations, resource mobilization and networking & linkages development with relevant government departments.

1. Design workshop brochure, develop workshop agenda, session plan and material.
2. Conduct workshops of NGOs/CSOs staff and relevant government department officers on regulatory compliances, emerging trends and organizational development.
3. Enable organizations and departments to design and implement activities around social, legal, and political challenges of marginalized communities as per the constitutional provisions

Provide technical support to partner organization for institutional development and strengthening

To achieve the above objectives, the resource person would be closely working with project team to develop training module by mutually dividing scope of work with youth and CSO as under:

1. Develop a training module around decided topics amongst financial management, human resource management, organizational development, communications and report writing, social mobilization and resource mobilization and organizational compliances. The workshop agenda may cover the following sub-topics but will be finalized after the inputs of participants and their organizations:

• Governance Structures & Legal Framework of Pakistan in the Context
• Key organizational traits
• Social, legal, and political challenges
• Practical methods for cooperation and altruism, social cohesion for promoting the national progress

2. Resource Persons will mutually develop training agenda. The training methodology should include variety of activities including, role-plays, documentary screenings, reflections, case study analysis, group work/ individual presentations, pair exercises etc.
3. Facilitate in the Seminars and/or Webinars on the relevant topics as per agreed work plan
4. Facilitate in meetings with relevant stakeholders for NGO Help Facility
5. Facilitate in coordination, networking and conducting dialogues and discourse with relevant stakeholders
6. Support NGOs for legal concerns and queries related to regulatory compliances
