It wasdecided to hire a consultant to review the IRDP developmental projects before its phasing out in 2000.The consultant came up with findings that the projects have far reaching effects in the developmentand organization of the rural communities and it was suggested to continue the process. This was the stage where various partner organizations of the IRDP were summoned to finalize the strategy forsustaining the good work done. The partner organization of IRDP develop consensus to form a bodywhich could find ways and means to sustain itself and coordinate with stakeholders for better projectmanagement for public wellbeing.
