Background

    Key Responsibilities

    • Become acquainted with GIZ in Pakistan
    • Learn about HR processes and procedures
    • Familiarization with the function of HR involving:
    • Recruitment & selection
    • Onboarding
    • Employee management
    • Offboarding
    • Understanding the requirements of documentation and file management at GIZ
    • Learning file management protocols and interfaces
    • Understanding digitalization and record management in paper/hardcopy and digital form in the context of HR
    • Learning to comply to GIZ policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data security requirements
Requirements
    • The interested candidate should have completed or in the process of completing BBA / MBA / degree of relevant subject in business studies
    • Either no comparable experience in the related field or not more than 11 months of internship / job experience after graduation
    • Excellent working knowledge of ICT and computer applications (e.g. MS Office, MS Teams, etc.)
