Employee management
Offboarding
Understanding the requirements of documentation and file management at GIZ
Learning file management protocols and interfaces
Understanding digitalization and record management in paper/hardcopy and digital form in the context of HR
Learning to comply to GIZ policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data security requirements
Requirements
The interested candidate should have completed or in the process of completing BBA / MBA / degree of relevant subject in business studies
Either no comparable experience in the related field or not more than 11 months of internship / job experience after graduation
Excellent working knowledge of ICT and computer applications (e.g. MS Office, MS Teams, etc.)
