Background & Description
  • Process payroll of all regular and donor funded projects.
  • Coordinate with field offices for completion of documents.
  • Guide field offices regarding payroll matters.
  • Work on Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and liaison with IT person for updates and resolve technical issues.
  • Handle staff tax matters and properly update on HRIS.
  • Assist senior HR staff in job analysis and job posting on web as well as MH portal.
  • Under the supervision of senior HR team carryout complete recruitment and selection process.
  • Complete hiring documents of regular and donor funded projects.
  • Assist in day to day activities of the HR functions and duties.
  • Preparation and updating HR files on regular bases.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, extensions and probation evaluations.
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Carryout reference checking before issuing offer letter.
  • Prepare reports relating to staffing (documentation, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
  • Under supervision of Manager HR prepare staffing polices.
  • Develop and update templates.
  • Respond HR queries and make them part of personal files.
  • Share innovative ideas and enrich HRIS.
  • Provide assistance in complaints and grievance matters.
  • Write meeting minutes of the departmental meeting.
  • Visit area offices for HR audit on regular basis.
  • Assist Manager HR in Governance matters.
  • Any other task assigned by the supervisors and senior management.
Requirements and Skills

BBA (4 years)/MBA (HR). Must be dynamic personality and have 3-4 years’ experience in the HR Department of progressive organization.

  • Excellent learner, emotionally intelligent and have good conflict resolution skills.
  • Must be adaptive, flexible, passionate and have positive attitude.
  • Have hands-on experience of Payroll processing.
  • Must be good in using HRIS and preferably customize IT system.
  • Work on short deadlines lines and handle workload.
  • Can write concept notes and have good narrative report writing skills.
