We are looking for MEAL Coordinator, and this position is to provide support to assigned programme pillar(s), projects and partners of Oxfam to ensure improved programme quality & implementation; availability of timely and high quality data and reports for informed management decisions; accountability and lesson learning for evidence generation and adaptive programming. MEAL Coordinators under the supervision of MEAL Manager will be responsible for providing direct support to all or any of the 3 programme pillars of Oxfam (Gender Justice, Governance and Economic Justice, Saving Lives-Now and in Future) in devising their Theory of Change (ToC), Results frameworks, MEAL plans, capacity building of staff and partners, development of accountability mechanisms at the project/community level, support the design of evaluation and studies etc.
Masters’ degree in information systems, statistics, or a relevant degree from a recognized
Proven Knowledge of computerized systems and high degree of computer literacy including
Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, MS Project and statistical software in the collection, analysis

Minimum of 3 years’ working experience of monitoring, evaluation, data management, MIS
management and knowledge management with well-known and reputable organisations
Proven experience in designing, developing and updating databases and management
Substantial experience to lead information management system, database development and
Demonstrated knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methodologies for evidence generation
Demonstrated analytical skills and strategic planning abilities
Thematic knowledge on programme areas that are priority for Oxfam (Gender Justice,
Governance, Humanitarian, Climate Change, WASH, Education) in contexts of monitoring and
evaluation of such projects
Experience in and the ability to facilitate training at different levels
