Background & Description

The main function is providing overall administration support to the human resource team.

 

 (6 Months starting)

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to HR Officer with the whole recruitment process e.g. preparing interview files, recruitment record files, test and interview arrangements etc...
  • Digitalization of HR record, Hard copy filing and scanning of HR personal files documents as per the standard guidelines.
  • HR Documents filing that includes annual performance reviews, medical, time sheets etc.
  • Makes photocopies, scans, and performs other clerical functions, ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
  • Identify online job posting sites, social media and other online resources.
  • Assist in other administrative HR tasks
Requirements and Skills
  • Problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the position
  • Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
  • Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team oriented environment.
  • Graduate with specialization in HR/ Public Administration. Internship experience will be an added advantage.
  • Good Interpersonal skills – able to work well in a team environment
  • Knowledge of computerized systems; good understanding of computer literacy and word processing and excel.
  • Excellent organizational Skills
  • Ability multitask
