• Understand the different areas/tasks of the administration and finance section with relevant documentation and record keeping
• Familiarize with all administrative and logistics tasks of TextILES II
• Learn and observe the process of invoice processing pertaining to contracts, services, goods and events etc.
• Understand the procedures of facility management and fleet management
• Learn about event management and logistics matters
• Take part in official meetings and workshops for better understanding of international development cooperation
• Get acquainted with execution of procurement of goods, service contracts and other financial agreements
• Actively get involved with administration team to learn in detail about inventory management
• Finalize internship report and its submission

• The interested candidate should have completed or in the process of completing bachelor's or master's degree in relevant field
• Either no comparable experience in the related field or not more than 11 months of internship / job experience after graduation
• Excellent working knowledge of ICT and computer applications (e.g. MS Office, MS Teams, etc.)
