Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring the implementation of inclusive policies and procedures in the assigned area of responsibility to avoid systematic biases or discrimination
• Actively engage in on-going self-reflection and continues to advance their knowledge and skills related to diversity, equity and inclusion
• Support AV and the Project team in the development of project operational plan in coordination with project partners
• Help the AV and advisors in implementation of project activities
• Document results and best practices achieved on professional format for sharing with broader stakeholders and partners
• Maintain record and update the overall information on energy management related to the project
• Support stakeholder coordination on federal and provincial level, including public and private sector
• Support the team regarding innovation and knowledge management
• Assist in providing technical inputs regarding energy management systems and energy efficiency measures, where necessary
• Support the organization and implementation of workshops, seminars, and other events on issues connected with the project’s area of activity
• Research and share relevant topics with the team and use that knowledge to improve the project interventions

• Bachelors degree in engineering, economics or related field
• Up to 1 year comparable professional experience
