Manager Microfinance Project is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, execution and control of the project with a leading Microfinance institution of the country to improve access to financial services.
ü Strong financial management or banking experience.
ü 5 years experience in operating microfinance programs
ü Critical thinking and problem solving
ü Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities
ü Conflict resolution experience
ü Able to tolerate stress
ü Bachelors degree in Economics, Finance,Accounting,or International Development.
ü At least 5 years’ experience in the planning, design and management of microfinance programs.

Through its integrated program services, HDF is directly supporting over 28,000 households that make over 200,000 people and another over 100,000 people are also being supported indirectly through its partner organizations.
