Job title: Office Assistant
Reports to: Admin Officer/Project Manager
Type of position: Full-time

Assist and support the team in smooth and on time implementing the aims and objectives of the Project;

Job Description: 

  • Responsible to arrive before office timings and ensure that the office is cleaned up
  • All office equipment maintained before the arrival of the staff.
  • Assist and Guide the guests, field staff and participants of meetings
  • Will serve tea / refreshments to guests
  • Will be responsible for receiving / delivering mail
  • Look after the office assets and ensure their economic use
  • Will maintain the plants kept in the office corridors
  • Stationary Arrangements, Photocopies, Multimedia for workshops, meetings and trainings.
  • Ensure that all electrical equipment is switched off and office is locked properly at closing time.
  • Any other duty assigned to him by the Admin & Finance Officer.
Requirements and Skills


  • Middle with basic reading/writing skills.
  • Office Management and Administration Skills

Work experience requirements:

Two or more years responsible professional experience with one year experience in development sector


Fluency in oral and written Urdu with knowledge of the local language of the duty station is essential.
