Project-1 constructive dialogue

The goal of the project is to have a well-informed tribal district society about local government system. Communities are mobilized, and awareness raised on the importance of participation in electoral process. And Increased knowledge about the local government system. The objective is to raise awareness of the citizen about the local government system in the tribal districts.  

Project-2 Health

The goal of the project in result areas health is that quality of health services has been improved in selected health facilities of Orakzai district with involvement of community as per recommendations of newly developed model. The objectives are hereby as under:

  1. Communities in the catchment areas of the select health are engaged on the recommendation of the revised model for community engagement in health.
  2. Community engaged as per recommendations of newly developed model for community engagement in health in selected health facilities of Orakzai districts focusing on TDP areas.
  3. Health staff and community representatives have been capacitated on primary health care standards, assessment tool and development of quality improvement plan.
  4. Quality improvement plans have been elaborated with contributions of community representatives and health staff.
  5. Quality improvement plans have been implemented.
  6. Dissemination and handover ceremony
Requirements and Skills

HR/Finance Assistant:  MS Office, any Accounting Software,

Program and communication Assistant: Report writing skills, MS Office, Data Feeding,

Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw (preferable)
