Background & Description


  • Reporting and Communication officer-WASH is responsible for effective and efficient reporting and communication with supervisor and for donors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • The position required 25% travel in the field regarding visit sites for verification and reporting
  • Ensure that information and data from the field is captured, documented. Analyzed and reported in a results-based and timely manner.
  • Contribute substantially to the proposal development process.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor a project communication and visibility plan, facilitate better understanding among Undertake field visits to gather the information and results related to the project.
  • With input from WASH Officer and field teams, produce high-quality weekly, monthly, quarterly, and project completion reports.
  • Support project staff in organizing and managing seminars, workshops, press conferences, and field visits as required;
  • Provide data analysis reports, feedbacks of the achievements, facilitate project review, evaluation, and audits;
  • Implement all reporting and communication work of the project.
  • Collect data from the field, prepare analysis, pictures, videos, and prepare final feedback for the program.
  • Making liaison and Coordination with government officials, stakeholders, and program team.
  • Any other task assigned by the supervisor
Requirements and Skills

Required Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in Mass communications, social sciences, or related areas recognized by the HEC.

Required Experience:

  • S/he should have 02 years’ experience in communication and diffusion strategies and techniques, reporting, documentation, publication, and audio-visual material preparation in relation to conservation and development fields.

Required Skills:

  • S/he should possess excellent writing, editing, and speaking skills in both English and Urdu.
  • S/he should be well versed in the latest electronic publishing and graphics methods.
