Background & Description

Initiative for Peace & Development (IPAD) is an independent, non-partisan and non-profit organization working in Pakistan on the issues associated with peace and development. IPAD is currently recruiting for position in its Multan office. Successful candidates will meet the education and experience requirements mentioned in Job description.

Requirements and Skills

Reporting Officer will manage project information and project reporting for the Multan regional office. This position will report programmatic updates/ concerns to the Project Director on day-to-day basis. Work with Field Coordinators to collect information on program achievements and develop associated narrative for the project reporting. Use information in activities to compile quick results on program status and impact, including press releases and success stories, as well as sharing trends, lessons learned with donor and program teams. Conducting the review process for the grant to ensure that content adheres to donor guidelines. Help in developing IEC materials to make aware the targeted beneficiaries to bring conceptual clarity of the community in more better and easy way. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. English and Urdu language fluency required. Experience working in the field required. Field experience in Multan is highly preferred. Relevant experience working on USAID contracts/agreements in a related role highly preferred. Experience with grants or small grants under contract programs required.


University degree in relevant field is preferred with three year of professional experience.
