Roles and Responsibilities:
The candidate has to coordinate at field level for the implementation and strengthening of the project activities. Provide oversight and monitoring of project activities and report regularly to the Program Head. Assess quality of the program and report the hindrances to Program Head which can cause delay in implementation. Supervise evaluations and pre- and post- tests to monitor training effectiveness. Assist in the monthly, quarterly and other related reports. Conduct exit interviews, surveys. Conduct regular needs assessments with the team and the community to inform on training priorities and work plan. Will facilitate the community to pass their complaints to the management through CBFRM in a transparent manner. Responsible to the Program Head for the day-to-day operations of the field office. Ensure that the project is operated to the highest standards in line with the organizational mission statement and values. Ensure that everything that is carried out in the field office adds value for the ultimate beneficiaries of the project. Represent organization locally on program issues to the local government, UN agencies and other organizations. Coordinate closely with the Security team and other relevant departments to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures as well as timely exchange of information about the security context to HR Manager, Program Head and Country Head. Supervise staff attendance and online timesheet entries and report to Human Resources on any discrepancies. Assist in the development of IEC awareness materials. Assist team in the development and testing of Behavior Change Communication (BCC) materials for the communities. Collect success stories from Program staff and report to relevant staff. Document best practices and lessons learned and discuss with senior management. Submit timely technical reports in provided format to Communication department.
