AIMS organization registered in 1986, AIMS is committed to improving the welfare of common people . Shifting focus to development & prosperity in 1997, AIMS has concentrated it’s effort on prevention of violence against women & strengthening democratic reforms. AIMS believes that involving local people at the heart of change is the only way to make a real difference & hence it has created effective community groups at community & village level comprising local influential's.

To promote greater awareness and realization of human rights, reducing poverty, promoting democratic & humanitarian values, ideals as well as Socio-economic development for the neglected & marginalized community, aiming to make them empower at al level.

Objective
To build an enabling environment of citizens’ to have awareness about their civic, Socio-economic& Political rights.
To take initiatives & Service delivery to overcome social, economic and environmental problems of the Area.
To provide improvement in the overall status of health & education by enhancing the quality & out reach activities & development in the existing infrastructure.
To undertake human resource development while facilitating the core need of capacity building training program /skills development opportunities
To network and collaborate with the government, line. Departments, NGO's, CBO's and international development organizations/agencies etc.
