Background
    • Manage, Supervise and lead the 03-05 Clusters and each cluster will have 15-20 school each at lead area office team under the area project office.
    • Design and implement strategies-plans to conduct assessment of out of school children and enroll them in nearby Muslim Hands-PEF schools.
    • Responsible to complete the targets of enrollment out of school children at area level and complete the assigned target of out of school children.
    • Ensure 90% above daily attendance of students in all assigned schools and keep daily updation to line supervisors about area level school attendance.
    • Ensure 100% results of QAT/SBA/Annual Assessments of students in the area level schools in all assigned clusters at area level.
    • Supervise and manage administration, procurement and financial procedures at all schools of all assigned clusters.
    • Develop, implement and supervise School Development Plans at schools with the support of cluster coordinators.
    • Capacity building of staff and implementation of project activities in the field for quality of teaching in the area level schools.
    • Regular field supervision of schools and identify gaps at area level schools for improvement and provide support cluster coordinators and school staff.
    • Conduct weekly/fortnightly/monthly progress reviews, planning meetings of supervisory and School head teachers.
    • Preparation and submission of consolidated daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly work plans and progress report of with his / her own result-oriented analysis and recommendations to line supervisor.
    • Implement district-wide initiatives and policies of Muslim Hands-PEF at the local level, providing support and guidance to schools as needed.

Requirements
    • Masters in Social Sciences/ Education/Business Administration
    • At least 5 years’ experience with 3-4 years in similar role
    • Having the experience to prepare subject base assessments, Tests, evaluations for students and teachers.

    At least 3 years’ working experience as Academic Coordinator, trainers, academic quality Head
