Cluster Coordinator - (PSSP)

1. Regular Field supervision of Schools and ensure administrative support to Head Teacher for regular functionality and development of schools in accordance with PSSP / Muslim Hands Policies and objectives.
2. Facilitate Teacher in ensuring community participation in school development process i.e. increase enrollment, retention of students, improve basic facilities through various activities.
3. Facilitate head teachers to maximize enrollment of children in PSSP schools and minimize dropt rate to zero percent.
4. Ensure attendance of 90% above students in schools and reduce dropout of student by supporting teachers in various activities at school level.
5. Facilitate Teacher in carrying out monthly/quarterly assessment of students onpre-defined Learning Land Marks/QAT
6. Ensure coverage of syllabus well in time according to the academic calendar of PSSP/PEIMA.
7. Classroom observation & feedback on lesson planning, delivery in classroom environment by teachers.
8. Manage the SIS/TIS/Monthly Updates and all reports of cluster schools.
9. Manage all repair and maintenance of school and provision of missing facilities at school level.
10. Deliver model lessons in schools/classroom for hand on training of teachers
11. Ensure preparation and implementation of School/Education Development Plan
12. Facilitate Principals/ Focal Teachers in formation of School Support Committees for development of schools/education at local level.
13. Ensure record keeping and documentation of students, teachers data as per SIS and TIS at school and office level
14. Preparation and submission of consolidated monthly progress report of PSSP with his / her own result oriented analysis and recommendations to District Office.
15. Any other task assigned by the supervisor

• Masters in Social Sciences/ Education/Business Administration
• At least 2 years’ experience with 3-4 years in similar role

Having the experience to prepare subject base assessments, Tests, evaluations for students and teachers
