Communications and Outreach Officer

Are you passionate about effective communication and dedicated to making a positive impact? GNMI is in search of a Communications and Outreach Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute communication strategies in line with GNMI's mission.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with trainers, experts, mentors, and beneficiaries.
• Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and the organization's website.
• Cultivate positive relationships with media outlets and prepare press materials.
• Produce comprehensive quarter/annual reports for projects and the organization.
• Support the planning and coordination of events, workshops, and conferences.
• Collaborate with the Programme Team to align communication with project goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, continuously improving strategies based on feedback.

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.

• At least 2-3 years of experience working with non-profit or development organization

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Urdu.
• Familiarity with media relations and event coordination.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
