Foresight Institute for Education and Leadership Development (FIELD) is a developmental, non-governmental and non-profit organization established in June 2008 under section 42 of Companies Ordinance 1984 with Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) Islamabad. The organization was established by a group of professionals having diverse background in different fields of life to improve quality of life in the underprivileged, deprived and neglected areas of Pakistan. FIELD respects and abides by the UN convention on the rights of human beings without distinction of any kind, such as race, color, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status.

Mission
Our mission is to facilitate communities to access to affordable and sustainable quality social develpoment facilities for better lives and support needy, poor and disadvantaged segments of the society for alleviation of poverty and human sufferings from catastrophes.
Objective
To establish, manage, maintain, own, administer, promote and subsidize educational institutions, computer literacy centres, schools, colleges, institutions for study and research, centres of learning, reading rooms, hostels, boarding houses, and other institutions for basic education, adult literacy, advanced studies and other educational fora.
To create an environment for children in which they should not only realize their full potential but demand access to quality education as their basic right.
Encourage and facilitate rural communities to initiate community managed Development Program for education.
Sensitize communities on gender equality, human rights rights and encourage youth to participate in youth development activities
Build strong foundation for later learning among children through Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD).
Promote Non-Formal Education (NFE) among illiterate women and address the issues of healthy living, clean environment, and basic human needs and eliminate harmful practices.
Make efforts to identify opportunities of human resource development, capacity building and access to higher education through entrepreneurship, scholarship/fellowship or internship especially to women and young professionals.
Play supplementary role to improve quality of education through Whole School Improvement Program, through capacity building of teachers and other stakeholders.
Rehabilitate and provide relief to the needy, the poor and the destitute in order to alleviate human sufferings from catastrophes
Strengthen and promote special education programs
Create awareness among rural communities on primary and secondary health care and sensitize them on health and hygiene issues and facilitate them to find preventive measures to address the issues
