Humasar Research & development Initiatives [HRDI] is a not for Profit, non political organization has been working in different districts of Punjab, KPK, Sindh and Islamabad since 2012. Humasar Research & development Initiatives [HRDI] is registered as an NGO under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860.The main areas of work are Education, Health, Environment, Disaster management, Women Empowerment & poverty reduction.

Humasar Research & development Initiatives [HRDI] was established with an aim to facilitate, collaborate and cooperate with the organizations working in developmental sector to strengthen the partnership, ensure the capacity building of vulnerable groups, promotion of education and health facilities, promote the right based approaches, and provide care and treatment services to people living with HIV & AIDS and for the empowerment of the vulnerable / marginalized / poor.

HRDI has committed to its objectives and responsibilities and has been actively engaged in developmental initiatives in different districts of Punjab since 2012 are planning to work all provinces. HRDI has made efforts to respond to the marginalized population of the province through implementation of long and short term projects.

This has only made possible through having strong mobilization and expanded outreach in different districts. As a result, HRDI the target groups have benefited from the available resources and services.

Vision
To become a beacon light in terms of research oriented organization and development institute that gives direction in an innovative, productive and achievable initiatives in the society to ultimately attain socio-economic sustainable development.

Mission
We are research and development organization which act as a hub to promote social change and uplifting of deprived society through participatory initiatives, capacity building and development activities.

Objective
To be a real time research institute for social issues of deprived society and development platform for community mobilization, poverty reduction and rural development.
To enhance and develop the socio-economic condition of less privileged i.e. women, children and Internally displaced people IDP’s etc. through participatory initiatives, capacity building and development activities
To ensure the sustainability and viability of socio-development projects through integration of local needs with global solutions by integrating the partners.
To initiate and outreach unattended sector of the society though social mobilization and community upbringing of marginalized populations through development programs.
To educate the people for adoption of the good norms of a good citizenship and to inculcate into the people's mind for social empowerment.
To propagate the need for tree plantation / pollution control, water & sanitation and environmental awareness through green projects.
To help and conduct training program for self employment of women and unemployed skilled or unskilled people to establish small enterprise setup.
To create means for providing medical health assistance to the people suffering from diseases, provide nutrition services for women/children and to create awareness among the youth against drugs, narcotics, HIV-Aids, hepatitis.
To deal with the natural disasters i.e. flood and earthquake victims by providing Rehabilitation services i.e. health, shelter, food and other services.
To publish newsletter, magazine, journals and to reproduce research work on social issues of the society with suggested practical solutions, development initiatives and programs to cater the problems to ultimately attain socio-economic sustainable development.
