Kashmir Relief Development Foundation (KRDF) is a not for profit Non-Governmental Organization. KRDF is working since occurrence of the devastating earthquake that struck Azad Jammu & Kashmir and northern areas of Pakistan on October 8, 2005. KRDF was established on the very first night of the deadly earthquake amid cries of the victims of the tragedy. A group of five people, feeling the pain of suffering victims immediately donated PKR1.5 million from their own packets to respond to the needs of the afflicted souls. However, it was legally registered in 2011. Since then KRDF, with an aim of community development, is holistically engaged in KPK and Azad Jammu Kashmir regions irrespective of any discrimination of race, caste, religion, culture and social status.

KRDF envisions for a prosperous society where every member has a dignified life, having the basic facilities of life and has easy and equitable access to the resources as well as achievement of striving and utilization of all energy and resources of the area.
Mission
To improve the quality of living standard of the deprived, vulnerable and marginalized communities, women and children in particular through education, health, community physical infrastructure, skill development, capacity building, and public health on sustainable basis.
Objective
The goal of the KRDF is poverty alleviation and sustainable development through creation of self-help and self-reliance opportunities among the communities.
