Mainstream is the representative and cross-disability organization of Persons with Disabilities which came into existence in October 2018.

Mainstream's primary goal is to make Persons with Disabilities more beneficial to their families as well as for society. The Mainstream primarily focuses on raising awareness, providing assistive devices, Inclusive development, the inclusion of the Transgender community, and independent living for severe Persons with Disabilities. Mainstream is registered under Company’s Act. Since it is the best experts on the needs of PWDs, seeking the required solutions, making PWDs, the in-charge of their lives, thinking and speaking for them. To this end not only supporting but also learning from PWDs, organizing their lives, and working for political changes that lead to the legal protection of their human and civil rights.
