Background
  • Key Responsibilities :

    • Develop and implement strategic fundraising plans aligned with organizational objectives.
    • Identify new income streams and devise strategies to access them.
    • Prepare marketing plans to secure local funds from individuals.
    • Create annual fundraising plans and associated budgets.
    • Identify major partnership fundraising opportunities.
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on income and expenses.
    • Promote fundraising awareness within the organization

    Partnerships Building and Donor Engagement: 

    •  Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue from donors.
    • Build networks with good Schools/ Colleges for Fundraising campaigns & community services engagement
    • Research and cultivate donors and partner organizations for long-term funding.
    • Review and submit reports to donors and corporate organizations
Requirements
  • Qualifications/Experiences: 

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Development, or a relevant field preferred.
    • 2+ years of fundraising/ resource mobilization experience, with a background in sales or marketing.
    • Strong planning, time management.

    Skills: 

    • Must meet quarterly and annual fundraising targets.
    • Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
    • Ability to plan and prioritize workload with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to understand fundraising needs and generate budgets.
