Pakistan Humanitarian Forum-PHF

Pakistan Humanitarian Forum (PHF) is an independent organization registered under Trust Act 1882 as “Trust for Pakistan Humanitarian Forum” on January 25, 2021. PHF is mandated to collectively represent INGOs with the Government of Pakistan, the UN humanitarian/development agencies and civil society organizations. The forum was initially established in 2003 to mainly serve as a coordination body of its member organization to represent and highlight significant program interventions with relevant stakeholders. In addition, to ensure transparency and effectiveness of the forum, a permanent secretariat was established in 2011.

The Pakistan Humanitarian Forum (PHF) represents 35 International Non-Governmental Organizations (INGOs) delivering humanitarian assistance and development projects in Pakistan along with 07 Affiliate members that includes the National Humanitarian Network (NHN) and IFRC/ICRC as well. PHF member organizations have made outstanding contributions to strengthen the humanitarian development nexus in the country during various humanitarian crises and emergencies.
