SPEAK is the pioneer and the only organization that is addressing HIV vulnerabilities of migrant workers and women and children associated with them. We develop and implement comprehensive development programmes for them in Pakistan and across the Middle East. We also implement programmes on gender equality, that actively engage men as agents of change and empower women to claim their rights. Our Human Rights programmes aim at producing a conducive environment for human rights defenders and creating more defenders so overall protection is increased. Our basic values are pro-Pakistan, motivation and learning, honesty, commitment, expression, leadership, teamwork and gender equality. We never operate against these values and ensure that local culture and context is considered too. Our programmes are guided by passion and our services reach out to the most vulnerable and excluded segments of the society.
