Introduction

The Foundation of Human Right and Freedoms and Humanitarian Relief (IHH) is the International humanitarian organization in Pakistan working since 1995, providing assistance without discrimination as to nationality, race, religious beliefs, class or political opinions. The foundation of human right and freedoms and humanitarian relief (IHH), within the framework of our health services in Pakistan, after signing an MOU with Government of Pakistan, has launched state of the arts mobile clinics project to be based at District Tharparkar and District Umerkot in Sindh and at District Bannu, Lakki Marwat, D.I Khan and Karak in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
