MISSION

The mission of our organization is to provide young people with the requisite tools, knowledge, and expertise to effectively address and mitigate the impacts of gender equality, clean water, and climate action through strategic partnership and community engagement.

About Us:

The Next Generation Alliance (TNGA) is a youth-led organization founded in 2022 by five passionate young leaders. We empower young people to tackle global challenges such as health, education, gender equality, and climate action. Our focus is on fostering leadership, promoting sustainability, and driving innovative solutions to build a more just and equitable future. Through collaboration and community engagement, we strive to make a just future for all.

OBJECTIVES:

• To empower young people by providing leadership training and capacity-building programs that equip them with skills to address global challenges.
• To promote gender equality and advocate for the rights of women and marginalized communities through education, awareness, and social initiatives.
• To improve access to quality education and health services, especially for underserved populations, by fostering community-driven solutions.
• To raise awareness about the importance of clean water, sanitation, and hygiene, and support initiatives that ensure access to these basic needs.
• To advocate for climate action by engaging youth in environmental sustainability projects and promoting green solutions.
• To reduce inequalities by working towards inclusive policies that address the needs of marginalized communities and promote social equity.
• To create a platform for meaningful youth participation in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through advocacy and community engagement.
• To collaborate with policymakers to ensure the rights and needs of young people are recognized and addressed in national and global strategies.
• To foster innovation by encouraging youth-led initiatives that tackle health, education, and social justice challenges.
• To build partnerships with local and international organizations to amplify the impact of youth-led actions and contribute to sustainable development.

WHAT WE DO:

The Next Generation Alliance (TNGA) is dedicated to nurturing young people to become proactive leaders and advocates for meaningful change. We provide training and resources to equip youth with the skills needed to address critical issues such as health, education, gender equality, and climate action. By fostering resources and networks we focus on creating a dynamic platform for constructive dialogue and action, intersection of Sustainable Development Goals and human rights, with a particular emphasis on fostering a just and equitable future for all.
