Woman Driver/Lady Driver

Women driver is required to assist the Operations & program team in maintaining the security of the office staff and its assets- vehicles during travel and otherwise. The Women driver is required to be available at all times and drive the organization vehicles for official purpose only.

Job summary:

Staff pick and drop only in certain cases, facilitation of any field trips of project staff, support departments staff to city, provincial government office & its departments. Vehicle repair maintenance and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Will perform punctually his duty according to the working hours (8 am to 6 pm).
• Responsible for driving and vehicle care.
• Inform line supervisor for any personal and un- official trip of a staff or a diversion from the assigned routes.
• Ensure the Vehicle Log Book is updated.
• Follow the instructions given by the Procurement & Office Administrator from time to time.
• Responsible for immediately reporting any issue to the Procurement & Office Administrator.
• Keeping the vehicle clean at all times.
• Maintaining personal hygiene.
• Responsible for vehicles and generator refuelling.
• Will be flexible for working extra hours and off days rarely when urgently required.

Any other task assigned by the Procurement & Office Administrator/Operations Manager/ADs/DDs and RR.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Primary education is considered to be advantage.
• A minimum of 1 year relevant experience is must.
