Introduction
Children’s Global Network Pakistan (CGN-P) is a non-profit organization registered with the Security & Exchange Commission of Pakistan. We are working in the education sector for the last 15 years supporting the government through innovative interventions and policy reforms to improve access to and quality of education for children in Pakistan.
CGN-P’s extensive work on early years has resulted in the establishment of Parwaan National Center of Excellence on Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) in collaboration with the Ministry for Federal Education & Professional Training. Parwaan has the mandate to serve as a National apex body mobilizing Federal as well as Provincial governments to follow and implement Sustainable Development Goal # 4 target 4.2:‘By 2030 ensure that all girls and boys have access to quality early childhood development care and pre-primary education so that they are ready for primary education’.
