| Curriculum Development:
· Develop and adapt curriculum materials to meet the needs of learners, particularly out-of-school children and marginalized groups. · Ensure alignment of curriculum with national and provincial education standards. Teacher Training: · Design and deliver teacher training programs on effective teaching methodologies, child-centered learning, and inclusive education. · Provide ongoing support and mentoring to teachers to improve their instructional skills. Monitoring and Evaluation: · Develop a robust monitoring and evaluation framework to track project progress and impact. · Collect and analyze data on student learning outcomes, teacher performance, and program effectiveness. · Prepare regular progress reports and share findings with the project team and management. Out-of-School Children: · Design and implement strategies to identify and re-enroll out-of-school children into formal education. · Develop and deliver non-formal education programs for out-of-school children. ALP, TOT, and RLI Support: · Provide technical support and training to Assistant Literacy Promoters (ALPs), Teacher Trainers (TOTs), and Resource Learning Persons (RLPs). · Monitor the performance of ALPs, TOTs, and RLPs and provide feedback. Partnership Building: · Collaborate with government education departments, NGOs, and other stakeholders to strengthen the education system. · Build and maintain strong relationships with district education officers, school heads, and community leaders. Reporting: · Prepare regular reports on project activities, achievements, and challenges. · Ensure timely submission of reports to the project management team and donors.

Safeguarding
To prioritize the well-being of children and adults involved in British Council projects, the Education Specialist must complete mandatory safeguarding e-learning courses.
