Background
  • A reputable national-level non-governmental organization is seeking qualified, experienced, and highly motivated professionals for short-term contractual positions (4 months) under the Recovery and Rehabilitation Project – Livelihood and Civil Works Component.     The Project Coordinator (PC) will be responsible for the overall implementation and compliance of the project, including effective planning, timely execution, efficient budget utilization, capacity building of the project team, timely reporting to partners/donors, and ensuring quality and accountability to stakeholders. The role includes managing government compliance, such as securing NOCs, meeting coordination, adhering to procurement rules, FATF, PCP requirements, and liaising with district-level authorities and security stakeholders. The project focuses on engaging youth in WASH, climate change, health, water, sanitation, and hygiene promotion.

Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Rural Development, Development Studies, Project Management, Social Sciences, or a related field from a HEC-recognized university. Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel, with 3-4 years of relevant experience in national or international organizations. Prior experience with youth Leadership and engagement in WASH-related projects is an added advantage.
