Background

- Maintain daily financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
- Handle petty cash, including daily cash management, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Process bills, invoices, and vendor payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support monthly payroll processing and assist with salary disbursements.
- Record all income and expenses in QuickBooks and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare daily and weekly expense summaries as required.
- Assist with bank-related tasks such as deposits, payment follow-ups, and reconciliations.
- Maintain organized financial files (hard and soft copies) for audit and reference purposes.
- Support the Finance Officer/Manager with routine financial tasks and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks is mandatory.
- Experience in handling petty cash and daily financial transactions.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
