• This position requires an educational background of MBA Finance / ACCA and ACCA Inter at least 5 years of practical experience in the field of accounting environment.
• Practical experience & knowledge of compliance, general ledger maintenance, adjusting entries, and excellent computer skills.
• Experience in organizational and donor audits, with expertise in handling audit-related queries.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting packages preferably Sidat Hyder Financials.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Abilities for multi-tasking and judgment about organizational priorities with strategic vision.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Experience working in NGOs / development sector would be preferred.
• Sensitivity towards issues of gender, and violence against women and children.
• Demonstrated skills in diplomacy, confidentiality, and active collaboration.
