Background
  • Position Details

    • Department: Corporate Engagement
    • Reporting To: Regional Coordinator, Corporate Engagement
    • Grade / Title: C3 / Officer Corporate Engagement
    • Duty Station: Regional Office, Karachi
    • Employment Contract: Short-term (6 months)
    • Work Week: 5 days (Monday to Friday), 40 hours/week
    • Work Hours: 08:30 AM – 05:15 PM

    Duties & Responsibilities

    1. Communicate responsibly and promptly with corporate partners while maintaining WWF’s credibility.
    2. Deliver persuasive presentations and represent WWF at meetings, events, and corporate forums.
    3. Identify, research, and pursue potential corporate leads through networking and data research.
    4. Support the development of proposals, partnership briefs, reports, and official correspondence.
    5. Assist in planning and executing corporate events, CSR activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
    6. Maintain and update a comprehensive database of corporate leads, contacts, and partnership history.
    7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns and partner commitments.
    8. Provide technical and administrative support to the Corporate Engagement team across all regions.
    9. Complete assigned tasks professionally, on time, and with accountability.
    10. Collect payments and maintain proper financial records.
    11. Conduct environmental education campaigns and sponsored activities in schools.
    12. Perform any other corporate partnership and fundraising duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • Education, Experience & Knowledge

    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Social Sciences, Education, or Environmental Studies.
    • At least one year of relevant experience.
    • Basic understanding of environmental challenges and issues.
    • Awareness of educational levels and learning needs of students from Grade 1 to Grade 12.

    Skills, Abilities & Attributes

    • Willingness and ability to travel nationally.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
    • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and in a team environment.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
    • Research and data-mining skills for identifying potential leads.
    • Strong organizational discipline and ability to meet deadlines.
