Active Involvement & Motivation (AIM) is a Pakistani nonprofit organization established in 1989 and registered in 1991. AIM works with communities, young people, women, children, and other underserved groups to promote education, civic engagement, inclusion, environmental awareness, digital literacy, and community resilience. AIM combines community participation, capacity building, awareness raising and partnerships to address local challenges and support sustainable community-led development, particularly in underserved areas of Punjab, Pakistan.

To strengthen communities by promoting active citizenship, empowering youth, expanding access to education, and fostering inclusive and accountable local development.
