We are a not-for-profit organisation working to improve literacy and educational outcomes for children & adults in underserved communities through community-based read-aloud and literacy programs.
Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi
Position: Full-time, on-site

What you’ll do
• Manage day-to-day operations across programs and provide leadership to program leads and community-based staff
• Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards
• Lead budget preparation, monitor expenditure and contribute to donor proposals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, community partners, local organisations and volunteers
• Oversee monitoring and evaluation and provide regular reports to senior leadership
• Support the development of grant proposals and donor reports

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Community Development or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage
• 6–8 years of experience in program management, preferably in the non-profit sector
• Fluency in Urdu and English
• A genuine commitment to children’s education and educational equity
