Kafalah Foundation (KF) is a non-governmental organization that aims to provide relief services for the betterment of humanity at large, generally and in particular, through enabling their access to financial resources for improving their livelihood via various means, including enhancing capacity as well as assisting the target population in creating additional means of improved livelihood. We are looking for a result-driven digital marketing Assistant who can increase online sales and outreach, manage Facebook, Instagram & TikTok platforms, and convert leads into confirmed orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Run advertising campaigns to increase product sales.
Create engaging, sales-focused content and reels for social media platforms.
Manage the inbox and WhatsApp leads to convert inquiries into sales.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns to boost revenue.
Requirements
Required Skills:
1–2 years of experience in online marketing.
Proficient in managing Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok pages to drive online sales and expand the reach of small enterprises.
Sales-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving results.
Experience in product marketing is a plus.
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in online Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
