Introduction to GIZ-Pakistan and WE project focusing on community engagement and outreach/Private Sector engagement as well as social and behaviour change communication for promoting employment and employability of women and person with disability (PWDs) in textile and fashion industry.
Understand to develop and implementation of a tailored social media strategy to promote women's employment and skills development initiatives.
Design and publish high-quality, engaging, motivating, and culturally relevant content (graphics, reels, videos, stories, and posts on training and job opportunities in the textile industry).
Highlight success stories of women, role models, and community champions.
Familiarization with create content that educates women about careers in the textile industry, job search skills, workplace rights, and empowerment.
Experience to manage day-to-day posting and engagement on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Build understanding to Monitor analytics to optimize content performance and audience engagement.
Experience to respond to comments, questions, and messages in a timely and respectful manner.
Experience to Build and maintain online communities of women, allies, and partners interested in skills development, employment, and empowerment.
Experience in collaborating with local influencers, campaign ambassadors, employers, and the community to amplify messaging.
Understanding of how to coordinate with the project and partner teams to gather content and align messaging.
Experience to become acquainted with the overall knowledge management of WE
Willing to travel for campaigns and to collect data from partner factories/Communities
Finalizing the internship report and its submission
Requirements
The interested candidate should have completed or be in the process of completing a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
Either no comparable experience in the related field or not more than 11 months of internship/job experience after graduation
Excellent working knowledge of ICT and computer applications (e.g., MS Office, MS Teams, etc.)
