Manage & support enrolling new enrolled orphans.
• Follow up of Annual progress reports of orphans.
• Record keeping of general orphans.
• Checking & analyzing data and ensure record keeping by all means.
• Keeping close liaison with relevant department at MH Country Office for better
and effective implementation of given tasks.
• Updating the students’ monitoring reports on online portal (field Qalam).
• Managing financial matters relating to Orphan/Needy students.
• Ensure students’ home visits and develop quality case studies & success stories.
• Disbursement of school kits to the orphans annually.
• Assist school principal & bursar school matters as required.
• Any other task assigned by supervisor or management.
Masters with 3-year experience in the subject field.
• Excellent skills of management.
• Good team player.
• Strong Grip on MS Office.
• Flexible to adopt changes as per the management decision.
• Documentation, record keeping and Reporting of Projects
• Strong Communication skills, both in written and spoken
• Excellent computing skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
